Chairman of PPSSC praises Gov. Obiano’s strides in the education sector

The Chairman Post Primary Schools Service Commission (PPSSC), lady Joy Ulasi, says Governor Willie Obiano’s giant strides and developmental thrusts have successfully entrenched quality service delivery in the education sector.

teaching aids, rebuilt all dilapidated ones and fenced all girls secondary schools across the state for enhanced security of lives and property.
According to Lady Joy, Governor Obiano’s administration has provided allowances and other remunerations for teachers in core subjects and those posted to rural areas, in addition to paying workers salaries regularly with fifteen per cent increase despite dwindling monthly allocations.
She pointed out that these largess has contributed in no small measure to students exceptional performances in both internal and external examinations
The PPSSC Chairman who said that Anambra State is lucky to have such an education-friendly Governor committed to putting in place all that is required for effective teaching and learning to ensure quality service delivery, admonished students to take their studies seriously to come out as responsible citizens ready to contribute their quota to nation building.
