Obiano Effect: Youngest Commissioner in Nigeria sworn in Anambra State... Exclusive Pictures!


Mark Okoye II, flanked by his wife, was moments ago sworn in as the Honourable Commissioner for Economic Planning, Budget and Development Partners at the Executive Council Chamber of Anambra State.

With this, the 30-year-old Mark becomes the youngest commissioner in Nigeria.

Mark is one of the numerous youth who make up over 55% of the political appointments made by the Willingly Working Willie.
