RE: ANAMBRA'S DOLLAR INVESTMENT IS NOW WORTH 183 BILLION NAIRA - By Joe Jideofor

"AT THE CLOSE OF MARKET YESTERDAY, THE WORTH OF THE 156 MILLION
DOLLARS MR OBI SAVED FOR ANAMBRA STATE BY WAY OF FOREIGN BONDS WAS 183
BILLION NAIRA" - Valentine  Obienyem.

Mr Valentine Obienyem, how on earth can 156 million dollars
worth 183 billion Naira?

The naira traded 307 naira to the dollar at the inter-bank market on
Friday the 22nd of July 2016, and 375 naira to the dollar at the black
market the same day.

If we use the inter-bank exchange rate of 307 naira to the dollar to
calculate the value of the 156 million dollars, the "greatest" savings
of this century by the "greatest"state governor Nigeria ever
had,(Chief Peter Gregory Obi), the value of the so called savings
would still be just under 48 BILLION NAIRA.

And even if we use generous black market exchange rate of 400 naira to
the dollar, the total value of the so called Obi's savings would still
stand at 62.4 BILLION NAIRA.

So where on earth if not in your usual imaginary world did you get the
183 BILLION NAIRA worth of the so called Obi's savings?

And how come the so called savings are still there after you told the
entire world that Gov. Obiano had squandered the money  drinking
Champagnes ?

I know you are all desperate to keep Chief Peter Obi politically
relevant considering his dwindling political fortunes in recent times,
but going as far as telling bare-faced lies in order to achieve that
is not only absurd but equally ludicrous, and it says a lot about the
level of your exposure as a lawyer.

Sometimes i wonder if you ever have something else meaningful to do
with your life except following a mortal being like Peter Obi with all
his shortcomings like a fly despite your education .

You should be ashamed of yourself if you still have anything called
shame still left in you as a human being.
