Shun Politicians Without Ideology - Comrade Obidigwe Tells Ndi Anambra

The Special Adviser to the governor on Political Matters, Chief Chinedu Obidigwe, has called on Ndi Anambra to shun politicians without ideological beliefs.
In a statement in Awka, Chief Obidigwe said that it is unfortunate that some politicians are merely motivated by what he called raw quest for power and money rather than selfless service to the people.
He explained that this is the reason why certain politicians in the state are today jumping from one political party to another, pointing out that this is clearly an act of desperation.
The Political Adviser noted that politicians who behave this way lack honour and integrity, and should not be trusted by the electorate.
Chief Obidigwe, however, expressed optimism that despite the antics of political opponents, Governor Willie Obiano would easily win this year's gubernatorial election in the state because of his unparalleled achievements which according to him, are visible and tangible, adding that this is the reason why many prominent persons and influential political groups in the state have publicly endorsed the incumbent governor ahead of the election.
The Political Adviser further stated that the Anambra electorate would want Governor Obiano to remain in office beyond 2018 in order to sustain the prevailing peace and stability in the state for enhanced socio-economic development of Anambra state.
